Das luxuriöse Duplex-Apartment im 3. Stock mitten im Zentrum von Ericeira ist eine der besten Optionen, wenn Sie ein komfortables Zuhause im Stadtzentrum suchen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von mehreren Stränden ("Pescadores" - Fischerstrand, "Sul" - Südstrand und "Norte" - Nordstrand, alle in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar). Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Clubs sind praktisch um die Ecke.

Diese elegante und geräumige zweistöckige 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Zentrum von Ericeira wurde im Frühjahr 2014 komplett renoviert. Auf der unteren Ebene führt das große Wohnzimmer zu einer offenen Küche mit Essbereich. Beide sind mit der großen Meerblick-Terrasse verbunden, die die Dächer der Altstadt von Ericeira überblickt und zu gemütlichen Stunden einlädt. Ein großer ausrollbarer Sonnenschirm bedeckt den Tisch im Freien und eine Grillstation rundet die schöne Terrasse ab. In der unteren Etage befinden sich außerdem 2 Schlafzimmer (eines mit einem Doppelbett und einem ausziehbaren Bett für eine dritte Person und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Hochbett). Beide Zimmer führen auf eine kleine Terrasse, die mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist. Ein großes Bad mit Hydromassage bedient beide Schlafzimmer. Das obere Stockwerk erreicht man vom Wohnzimmer aus über eine massive Holztreppe. Es verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer (Doppelbett) mit Meerblick und ein eigenes Bad.

"Casa do Telhado is a really comfortable 3rd floor apartment, with lovely views from the very spacious sun terrace. It catered comfortably for our group of 7 adults. It is located within a minute of the Old Town centre & a few minutes stroll to Fisherman's Beach.....perfect! "

"We loved this apartment, the location is fantastic, is right in the centre of the town. It is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable. We are a family of five with two teenagers and a smaller one, it was quite spacious for us. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and we will be back to stay again!"

"We very much appreciated the styling and comfort of the apartment, from towels to candles. The roofterrace with sunscreen, BBQ and beautiful view was excellent. Inside we appreciated very much the couch and the luxurious kitchen and bathrooms."

"the kitchen equipment could be upgraded a little, with for example wineglasses etc. the two single beds in the 4p sleeping room make too much noise when turning around. furthermore some extra light in the living room would be nice. but overall we appreciated the apartment and the excellent service of Herwig very much."
